Burgopak Takes Centre Stage at the BAFTA Television Awards

The recent BAFTA Television Awards, a prestigious annual event celebrating the best of UK’s talent, saw Burgopak’s innovative packaging take the stage in unmistakable style. Continuing from the success of their creation for the BAFTA Film Awards, Burgopak worked in conjunction with design agency Uber to create striking new invitations for the event. 

 

Proving a sound success and light form of entertainment for the night, the invitation was even taken to the stage with Harry Hill as he accepted his award. To hear his thoughts on the Burgopak design, go the BBC news page here.

 

Burgopak incorporated their patented ‘slider’ mechanism into the package design, where the magical sliding tray action reveals the invitation inside. The vibrant artwork has been designed by Uber. The award ceremony was broadcast 26th April 2009.
